Fresh Fountain Kenya is looking for individuals, families, groups, churches, organizations and/ or communities wishing to support orphans and disadvantaged children and youth in Kenya, to partner with us from around the world. We are specifically seeking partners in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Germany, Japan, Sweden, Korea, Switzerland and Holland. Current Urgent Needs

Please consider making a donation of any item below. Your donations may be restricted to cover the entire or partial cost of a particular need or you may make your donations unrestricted, which we will put towards the most urgent need at the time it is received. In either situation your donations are greatly appreciated in our progress of taking care of the children. We fully understand the responsibilities of everyone who have their own families and their own needs to consider, but please remember no matter how small you contribution may be, it will go a long way. Small donations come from big hearts.

Why give to Fresh Fountain Kenya?

Urgent provision of clothing and shoes for the children is needed.
Your funds will cater for the initial set up cost of Fresh Fountain Kenya Children Centre in Mombasa, Kenya.
Funds will cater for the education of needy orphans.
We need a vehicle (preferable 4WD) either NEW or USED for the project.
It costs US$ 55 per term to sponsor a child in primary school, US$ 160 per training session to sponsor a disadvantaged teenager / youth for a vocational training, and US$ 210 per term to sponsor a child in secondary school. There are three school terms per year in Kenya. Please consider making a commitment to sponsor a child. We also seek volunteers to help collect items (school supplies such as books, school bags, pencils, paper etc) from their schools, churches, friends, communities etc and help mail them to us to make the children school term a success.

WHAT YOUR DONATIONS CAN DO:

US$8 will buy a child's monthly hygienic supplies.
US$14 will facilitate a child's transport to and from school per month
US$25 will buy school supplies for a child in primary school for one year
US$28 will buy 2 sets of school uniforms for a whole year of school.
US$34 will provide medical care for a child per month.
US$40 will buy clothing and shoes for a child per year
US$55 will buy beddings for a child per year
US$75 will buy a bicycle that will transport a child to a nearby school
US$110 will pay for shipment / postage of a box of donated items from abroad to Kenya.
US$165 will pay school fees for a primary school orphan for one year.
US$150 will facilitate to have a weekend outing to a local recreation centre.
US$200 will help a foster family grow extra food to feed 2 orphans under their care.
$1000 will pay for a short term capacity building training for childcare givers.
US$1200 will purchase food to feed 50 children for one month.
US$2000 will help pay the monthly overhead cost of running the program
US$10,000 will provide a home to house 50 homeless orphans.
US$20,000 will purchase 5 acres of land for setting up a school for 200 orphans
US$25,000 will purchase a 4Wheel drive vehicle for transportation( US$16,000 for a Used vehicle)
US$ 38,000 will built a school for 200 orphans

Shipping of packages from some overseas countries to Kenya can be very expensive, please consider helping us with shipping.
